PRIMIERO FRESCO IS A CHEESE WITH A BOLD FLAVOUR AND UNMISTAKABLE SWEET NOTES. IT IS AGED FROM 2 TO 6 MONTHS AND PRODUCED IN THE NAMESAKE VALLEY IN THE SHADOW OF THE PALE DI SAN MARTINO DOLOMITES.

Primiero Fresco is made with raw milk. The washed-rind cheese is regularly sponged with warm brine during ageing to develop its intense aroma. The flavour is pronounced but pleasant and will satisfy the most discerning palates.
