THE GOAT'S CHEESE MADE WITH ALPINE MILK IS A REAL SPECIALITY. MADE ONLY IN SUMMER WITH MILK FROM GOATS GRAZING ON THE MOUNTAIN PASTURES, IT ENCOMPASSES UNIQUE FLAVOURS AND AROMAS.

Caprino di Malga is made from superior milk of goats taken to pasture on the high-altitude pastures of the Val di Sole. The cheese is soft, straw-coloured, with no or light eyes. It has a very smooth texture with sweet and delicate taste sensations.
