VEZZENA DEL TRENTINO IS AN EXCELLENT RAW MILK CHEESE THAT HAS BEEN APPRECIATED SINCE THE EARLY 1900S. THE VERSION MADE WITH ALPINE PASTURE MILK IS PRODUCED ONLY DURING THE SUMMER AND ENCAPSULATES ALL THE PROPERTIES OF HIGH MOUNTAINS FODDER.

A bold and slightly sharp cheese, suitable for both slicing and grating, Vezzena di Malga is special because it is made only with superior milk from the summer alpine pastures on the Lavarone, Folgaria, Brentonico, Vallagarina and Valsugana plateaus. The milk is processed raw.
