A bold and slightly sharp cheese, suitable for both slicing and grating, Vezzena di Malga is special because it is made only with superior milk from the summer alpine pastures on the Lavarone, Folgaria, Brentonico, Vallagarina and Valsugana plateaus. The milk is processed raw.
