THE CONSORZIO DEI CASEIFICI SOCIALI TRENTINI IS WELL-GROUNDED ON DEEP-ROOTED VALUES AND THE AWARENESS OF OUR GREAT RESPONSIBILITY, TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH WE OPERATE, TOWARDS THE PEOPLE WHO BELONG TO THE CONSORTIUM AND TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS, THOSE WHO BUY OUR PRODUCTS CERTAIN OF PURCHASING A SUPERIOR CHEESE.
THESE ISSUES ARE ALWAYS AT THE CENTRE OF OUR FOCUS AND EVERY DAY WE STRIVE TO SPREAD OUR WAY OF DOING THINGS, ALWAYS AIMING FOR THE BEST, FOR EVERYONE, WITH RESPECT AND LOVE, IN THE NAME OF SUSTAINABILITY.

The mountains are traditional places where we can carry on our typical production in a genuine and high-quality way.
We look after our meadows and our pastures, to protect the alpine landscape, prevent damage and keep it as beautiful as it has always been.

Respect
for animals

The farmers call their cows by name.
They know their character and temperament and form a relationship of love and respect.
Animal welfare is also, and above all, care and attention, a necessary condition for producing high-quality milk.

The Consortium strives every day to minimise CO2 emissions by choosing clean energy suppliers and promoting the installation and use of photovoltaic and solar systems, co-generators and electric charging stations.

for biodiversity

The production of raw milk cheeses allows us to tell the story of the uniqueness of our territory. Through their unique flavours, the cheeses embody the essence of the meadows and pastures of Trentino. The same meadows and pastures that our farmers protect with their work, promoting the biodiversity of the plant and animal species in our mountains. The use of strictly NO GMO livestock feed is another important factor in safeguarding biodiversity.

for the supply chain

A supply chain that is not only controlled at all stages. It is also sustainable and eco-friendly. The whey and butter factory of the Consortium recovers cheese by-products to add value and zero waste at all times.

People are at the centre of our system. From grandparents to their grandchildren, the families of our farmers and cheesemakers have been handing down the secrets of tradition for generations, supplementing them with new knowledge. Everyone is a custodian of knowledge and know-how, turning their work into true art. Every worker is important to us and their hard work is recognised.
