Trentingrana Savoury Cantucci


  • 250 g 00 flour
  • 80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g grated Trentingrana cheese
  • 100 g walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt


Mix all the ingredients except the nuts in a bowl.

When the mixture is smooth, add the walnuts and knead quickly to distribute them well.

Divide the dough in half, form two rolls of about 5 cm in diameter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes.

Remove the rolls from the oven and cut them into slices of about 2 cm with a sharp cut. Put the biscuits back on the baking tray and bake again for 10 minutes.

Leave to cool completely before serving.

The savoury biscuits can be stored in a tin box for up to 2 weeks.
