Caprino Val di Sole Sapori di Malga is made from superior milk of goats taken to pasture on the high-altitude pastures of the Val di Sole. The cheese is soft, straw-coloured, with no or light eyes. It has a very smooth texture with sweet and delicate taste sensations.
