Raw milk cheese typical of the namesake valley. The thin, semi-hard rind encloses a soft body with a deliciously sweet flavour. The milk comes from the high alpine pastures of Val di Fiemme, located near Malga Lavazè, Malga Val Moena and other selected pastures. It appears to connoisseurs as the typical artisanal alpine cheese of days gone by.

Semi-aged cheese. Semi-hard, soft, springy, light yellow-white texture with scattered, irregular eyes.
Alpine pasture milk, salt and rennet. No additives or preservatives.
