A SOFT SUMMER ALPINE MILK CHEESE WITH SWEET AND MELTING TASTE SENSATIONS AND MILKY AND HERBACEOUS HINTS.

This cheese owes its name to its area of origin. It is made in Primiero, with milk from cows grazing at high altitudes on the time-honoured summer pastures in the shadow of the Dolomite Mountain groups. Its taste and aroma carry with it the forage plants of these green meadows.
