This cheese owes its name to its area of origin. It is made in Primiero, with milk from cows grazing at high altitudes on the time-honoured summer pastures in the shadow of the Dolomite Mountain groups. Its taste and aroma carry with it the forage plants of these green meadows.
Pride, tradition and unmistakable flavours
Semi-aged cheese. Tender and compact texture, straw-white in colour, with almost no scattered eyes.
Alpine pasture milk, salt and rennet. No additives or preservatives.
Available for cutting at the deli counter.
