MEZZANO TRENTINO IS A RAW MILK CHEESE MADE IN THE DAIRIES OF THE FIEMME AND PRIMIERO VALLEYS AT ALTITUDES OF AROUND 1,000 METRES OVER SEA LEVEL, HENCE ITS NAME.

A tasty cheese to enjoy in slices. It is intense, tasty and savoury becoming more pronounced and tending towards sharp in the "extra-aged" version. The aroma and smell are unmistakable and characteristic, influenced by the typical mountain polyphitic fodder.
