The cooperative founded in 1971 to collect and process the milk produced by the farms of the lower Val di Sole. Activities started officially in 1976. Many family-run farms in the area deliver their milk to the dairy every day to produce superior cheeses from the freshest raw materials.
The shop is located at the dairy.
