The history of the dairy began in 1911 with the opening of the Latteria Sociale di Revò. It is located in Val di Non, in the village of Revò, overlooking Lake Santa Giustina. The village is called the "Balcony of Anaunia" because of the views it enjoys over the surrounding area. Its two bell towers can be recognised from afar.
The shop is located at the dairy.
