The dairy was originally set up in 1891 as a cooperative social dairy, under the Austro-Hungarian rules in force at the time. The dairy moved to its current location following expansion and modernisation during the 1970s. Equipped with the appropriate equipment, it started making Trentingrana for the first time in 1927.
The shop is located at the dairy.
