The Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme was founded in 1966 when the farmers of the valley decided to team up to develop their business and the naturalness of their products. Today, the members deliver their cow and goat milk every day. Nine alpine pastures (eight for cows and one for goats) deliver during the summer. 

The shop is located at the dairy.
