The first documents referring to the dairy, located in the lower part of the village of Cavareno, date back to 1842/45. It was one of the very first cooperative companies in Trentino to introduce the production of Trentingrana cheese, in 1936. The member farms are located in Cavareno and neighbouring villages.
The shop is located at the dairy.
